To be concrete, before the new recruitment, teacher Yu Wangqin of the Youth League Committee in charge of broadcasting work, first made a brief introduction concerning the daily broadcasting contents and internal operation of the radio station, after which  the recruitment activity officially kicked off. The candidates initially introduced themselves, reciting the manuscript 'Homesickness' provided by the radio station. In addition, the selection criteria are mainly centered on pronunciation, intonation, emotion, segmentation and so on.
